When you need that push
5I use this daily while working out, adds a great bit of flavour to my otherwise bland water and helps me with the energy I need for those extra long heavy compound sessions. Wouldn't train without it these days.

5Highly recommend this intra. Helps throughout workout and keeps ur energy levels high throughout the entire workout. Tastes really good and easy to mix

5My favourite workout drink I've tried. The cranberry one is very tart which I am a fan of and definitely helps through an hour and a half in the gym. Does need a good shake though so would recommend a shaker with a lil ball in to get rid of clumps. Goes Well With:water and a protein shaker

Amazing quality
5Definitely a must have for working out to give you that extra boost however I didn’t realise that this product wasn’t vegetarian when I purchased it (I’m vegetarian) however the quality is still top notch! Definitely read the fine print if you’re veg/vegan. Next time I’ll be buying the vegan one

Great Intra Workout
5After using the more expensive pro and it been in short supply i thought to give this a go and i was not disappointed. Great taste, mixes easy and helps during my sessions. To be honest i wont be using the Pro version again as this is good enough.Goes Well With:Cranberry juice and water Or just Water

4taste - fine, quite nice and drinkable tbh mixability - as with anything with BCAA's takes a little bit of mixing, but ok, after a good shake. effectiveness - hard to know tbh, espeically as i am using half portion to make it last longer, but seems to keep me going through what are usually 1 hour tough sessions overall 4/5Goes Well With:heavy intense training

5Tastes brilliant wish it came in a bigger bag go through it a lot auger free too end up drinking it instead of diluting juice at times or when rough from a night on the sesh. Takes a wee bit too dissolve fully but I prep and leave in fridge and is fine when I remove later Goes Well With:Water

Missing EAAs
3This intra workout has almost everything an intra workout drink should have however it is missing EAAs which is a shame and let's it down.
