Very low carb, tastes good, mixes well with water, chocolate flavour
5I have only had this a few days so can't comment on effectiveness yet! However it is the best tasting protein I've tried to date. I needed a low carb protein for post-gym breakfast as I'm on a very low carb diet (each to their own but it's the only one I have found works for me!). The chocolate flavour states "1.1g carbs per serving, 0g of which sugars", in case you needed that info. I didn't expect the taste to be so rich without being sickly sweet, so that was a pleasant surprise. This may be something to do with the diet, where my previous insatiable sweet tooth and love of food is replaced with nonchalance in the face of cream cakes and all things delicious. However, I also find this has zero bloat after consuming, unlike other proteins. I mix mine with water but I imagine it would be delicious with hazelnut, cashew, or almond milk too, as well as normal milk. I also mix it with psyllium husk so for me the texture is slightly lumpy but far, far better than when I have mixed the same with other protein powders. I have this at 8am (I admit sometimes a double serving as that helps fit my daily macros better) and am not even thinking about food until gone 1pm. Brilliant
5Really good whey and it is sugar free as well . Banana is my favourite but I also like vanilla and unflavoured . They mix really well .

Best whey I've found
5I have 0 limit lactose intolerance, even small amounts cause me issues. I chose this powder as it was rated as 0 carbs, I want a fast protein post workout but don't want to add to the cost by using lactase tablets. This powder is the only whey I've used that doesn't cause gut problems. It mixes and tastes fine, I have it with unsweetened almond milk. Mixes with a couple of shakes.Goes Well With:Almond milk
