Krill oil
5Very good source of epa and dha due to improved absorption, in addition to being more sustainable. Joints generally feel better after taking this supplement.

5I have been trying krill for 2 years now and they are working very good and they help my husband as he got dementia and he finding them is helping him with his mental health issues and his health I will give them 10 out of 10

Need more tablets than stated
1Hands up I should of read the amounts of the the label. However, the recommendations state to take 1 tablet a day. This falls well below par of what studies show is a good amount to take and more on the lines of 3 or 4 tablets should be taken per day. Which in turn will hit hard on the wallet.

5Very effective for lowering cholesterol and blood pressure I was a bit sceptical at first but honestly they go down so easily the capsules and work EFFECTIVELY

This is GREAT!!!
5My son bought this for me, and at first I was very apprehensive because of the colour of the capsules. However, after a few days of consistently taking it with my breakfast, I had noticed a significant difference. I suffer from arthritis and this has been a god send for me. before, my elbow used to kill me in the morning but now I feel amazing!

5Good stuff. Helps the joints I felt. Had a lingering uncomfort on left knee, gradually reduced once I started taking these. In general krill oil nutrition from my protein contents seem good quality.
