5Great product, seems to be working well and the taste is not offensive. I tend to mix it in with squash first thing in the morning.Goes Well With:Squash, juice, flavoured clear whey.

3Good product, could do with a notice to tell you there is a minature spoon inside, i was using a teaspoon and overdosing.Goes Well With:A flavoured creatine, eaa or protein shake

Too early to see any results
4Only been using for a week haven’t noticed any changes as of yet. The powder has a vinegar like smell but i don’t notice it when mixed. I take it in the morning before the gym with my pre-workout Goes Well With:I mix with my pre-workout and doesn’t make it taste any different
