5This version from myprotein is the best I’ve tried, it mixes so well into water and has no flavor whatsoever, I take it in the morning before having breakfast and it really helps with my digestion and bloating, as well as energy. Goes Well With:Water

Reduces bloating
5I have noticed a difference to bloating when taking LGlutamine daily. I swapped from my protein to another brand and it gave me extreme migraines, I swapped back to this and love it!
