An essential to anyones stack
5Unflavoured so can’t comment on taste but you don’t notice it at all in what ever you mix it with. Great quality product, mixes well and definitely does the job it’s designed to do Goes Well With:Post workout shakes or protein shakes

Great for recovery
4Does great for recovery, although the unflavored one doesn't taste good. I'll buy more in the future, i don't really mind about the taste as long as it helps. Noticable strength increase am able to do 1 arm chin up now. (Not direct effect of the supplement). It helps with recovery-> increase in strength depending on how you train. Goes Well With:Supposed to be post workout supplement but I take it with 15g of citrulline malate and 5g creatine. 30 min before workout.

Great for recovery
5I started using this to help with recovering after weight training and found it to be very effective in reducing DOMS so I was ready to go again next day. I then decided to try it with bike riding recovery and found it to be just as effective to enable me to go again the next day. I will continue to use and highly recommend 👌 Goes Well With:Training hard and a good diet

5A few weeks of using this and I can really feel a difference. Less cravings, more settled stomach, and it’s so easy to take. Goes Well With:I mix with my Greens Powder and it’s undetectable
