Better than expected!
4After looking up the benefits of L-glutamine I decided to give it a try. Value for money on this pack is insane and you really cannot taste it!! It has also seriously helped with bloating!!

Get a flavour one
4I’ve just started to use it, so I can’t say if is working, but what I can say is that I haven’t had sweets this week( I’ve read that it cut the sweets craving) , I only had protein waffles also from MyProtein ( love them) . I would highly recommend to get flavoured one I got unflavoured and I need to mix with something or squeeze some lemon otherwise I can’t take the taste . Goes Well With:Smoothie, lemon water, anything with flavour

5One of the best products I’ve bought it’s even help with my bloating witch I have suffered with for many years but since I’ve been using this I’ve been feeling great I’ve even recommended it family and friends will definitely keep on buying this 💯

Effective product
5I started using this product a few months ago and I am amazed at the results. I’m never bloated and my cravings have reduced. I usually drink mine each morning mixed in orange juice, which I find nicer then water as it hides the bitter taste. Definitely recommend this product. Goes Well With:Orange juice, apple juice, fruit juice.
