4Saw a tik tok video that this could improve my gut Heath so thought why not. With in a week my tummy has debloated. I just mix in a quarter mini scoop with my shake

Good for IBS
5I looked into this because I suffer with IBS, and so far so good I take a scoop and a half each morning with juice, I tried it with water and it doesn’t taste very nice but with juice it’s perfect. Goes Well With:Juice
