Definitely Seen a Difference
This tablet has now become a staple in my routine! I’ve always dealt with bloating and slow digestion, but this really helps things move along (kind of like a gentle next-day laxative). I take it before my main meal (usually a carb-protein lunch), and it stops food from sitting in my system for days, which makes sticking to a calorie deficit so much easier. I’ve lost 3–4 kg despite having various cheat days this month, just by pairing it with light exercise (a jog or treadmill session once or twice a week) and eating around 1,200 calories on 4-5 days. If you struggle with digestion, bloating, or weight retention from heavy meals, this is worth trying—especially if you throw in some movement and mindful eating! For anyone curious about my routine: Breakfast is usually Frosties cereal with chia, berries, oats, and almond milk. My main meal is a protein-carb combo like chicken and rice or minced meat pasta, and snacks are things like chocolate digestive biscuits. Simple, filling, and it works for me! And my weight loss is a months effort.

More than just weight loss
After a few days of taking this I feel a lot of relief from bloating, my digestion feels a lot better and somewhat leaner after two weeks plus exercise ofc. it has also caused a noticeable improvement to psoriasis that I have had for a long time in conjunction with medication of course. There is a digestive element to psoriasis so it does make sense I don't think I can live without this anymore for this reason aside from it's weight loss potential Goes Well With:Exercise and not snacking between meals

Does not bind well to fat
Studies show that this fat binder does not work as well as claimed, binding to an extremely small proportion of dietary fat. This is a waste of money.

They seem to be working
I bought these as I am struggling with menopausal weight gain. I have found that my appetite is a lot less and I have stopped binge eating so much and last week when I weighed I had lost four pound so looking forward to seeing what I lose in the next few weeks. I have just ordered some more. I would say give them a goGoes Well With:Menopausal symptoms
