2The package of 30 pills last 5 days, so I don't know how people can see results in this short term, anyway I wanted to give it a try. The first day after dinner I spent the night in the toilet. I felt strange but lighter so I thought was great. After that, for 4 days I haven't been able the go to the toilet anymore. Constipation and bloating are my side effects.

1These are a total waste of money and very expensive. They don’t work and caused me constipation and bloating wish I had listened to the negative reviews and saved my cash.

5Good product easy to swallow no bad aftertaste and no upset stomach. Seem to be working but to early to see results.

Useful on the journey to weight loss
5As a larger person, these tablets where very helpful, when used correctly. Only used on cheat day or a stressful day at work when ate bad food on the go.

These work
5I have used these 3/4 times now, I find them brilliant, they really work I don’t dramatically lose weight But do loose a few pounds, but I do notice I am a lot less bloated, my tummy is Flatter & im much more comfortable in my jeans & clothes & more confident. I will use again. They also work brilliant with a really healthy diet when I’m really focused on healthy eating and working out they work great. Would recommend.Goes Well With:Healthy eating/ well balanced diet, lots of water

I expected more
1I’m feeling so bloated after taking these pills, I can’t see any difference apart from the bloat and that I can’t go to the bathroom. Goes Well With:Water

Not many results
3I’ve had 3 week of this using up to 4 per day 2 before a meal with carbs in it. I will be trying for another week to see any changes. I have lost 1% body fat. But thought maybe lose might have been a little more. Still worth trying everyone is different. Goes Well With:CLA Green tea

Be prepared
4It’s good, it’s effective but sometimes too effective, they can have a laxative effect and caused me more squats than the gym for the amount of times I had to go in a 24 hour period. That said it’s not like that everyday and I don’t really variate my diet so be warned if you eat lots of fat!
