Great for reducing body fat
5I am a very active person who exercises 5/6 days a week more often than not, which involves a mixture of weight training and swimming. When trying to lose my 'lock down' fat, I found reducing body fat slower than I remember (Getting old, gulp). Since taking Liquid L-Carnitine, I have noticed fat, especially belly fat, reduce quicker than compared to several months pervious. Note that I do exercise hard still, so don't think you can just take these pills without putting the physical effort it. I take the recommended serving right after exercising, with a banana and protein shake. Goes Well With:CLA
