Meal replacement
5Ordered the Strawberry Shortcake flavored meal replacement shake having tried a chocolate previously. Love this flavour. Mixed with water mainly, shake for a good 15-20 seconds. Mixes great. Goes Well With:For me, the colder the better but ice cold water or milk rather than adding ice.

5I have been ordering the replacement blend from 6th September 2020. & they are really helping me with my weightloss. ave 9lbs of me in 6wks wish I think is great for me. I have a breakfast. the shake for lunch n I never snack in between meals now. then my healthy dinner at 6pm. 🙂 I'll b ordering more for definite. Goes Well With:I make my shake with skimmed milk & I blend it

1taste is good mixing is easy (i used with water) but...i felt always bloated like a ballon...

Delicious and Effective
5I read a lot of the reviews so thought I’d give it a try and I’m so glad I did. I lost 5 inches in 2 weeks with just two scoops plus water and ice. This tastes really nice and a lot better than the SCI-MX. Really filling and I actually look forward to having it. The price is great for how much you get so I’ll be ordering more.Goes Well With:Layered birthday cake protein bar

Disgusting after taste
2This product mixes well and is filling, you just have to get past the disgusting taste of chalky Gaviscon and liquorice. Thankful I didn’t pay full price for this!

5Awesome flavour! Mixes well in milk and water. Great value and it’s extremely effective. Seeing result already only after 4 days. Long story short this product is a must buy for chocolate lovers. Excellent results with exercise, love the taste
5Love the strawberry taste Does not mix very easily so use a blender 1 scoop - not the recommend two - is adequate for controlled calorie intake as a meal replacement Replaced only 1 meal with it, wouldn't recommend two as you may feel fatigued as I sometimes do. Not sure why this is targeted to active women as it works effectively with men. Goes Well With:Water Milk would be too much - affect mixabiloty and add calories
