5Been taking 2 a day along with my protein and other supplements mix that with exercise and i feel lots more energy plus my mental health is so much better no complaints tablets are big but easy to break in half with your fingers Goes Well With:Water

Tastes bad, smells worse
3These smell bad. They don’t taste particularly nice either. I don’t feel any different after taking them. I was previously taking my protein A to Z supplements. Apart from a few ingredients, the A to Z supplements contain the same ingredients and in higher doses. The A to Z supplements are also much cheaper. I’ll swap back once I’ve finished these.

Great Product, Great Service
5Solid Vitamin Tablet with all the necessary and the 15mg of zinc to bolster immunity too. Great Service, as always, delivered quickly and at a great Sale Price too!! Cn't comment on 'Taste & Mixability' as they are tablets.

Great Multivitamin (Never add Iron)
5Hard to find a good Multivitamin without Iron. I think its fine for women to supplement with Iron but men should only take it if bloodwork shows an iron deficiency. Iron can increase ageing and shortens the lifespans of several model organisms. For anyone interested watch Huberman Lab Podcast #52 with David Sinclair or just google "iron lifespan".

quality vitamins
5don't like taking 10 different pills just to maintain proper amount of vitamins and minerals in blood so this does great job. 1 with morning coffee and crack on with your day.

Horrible Taste and Smell
1Personally I wouldn’t bother! They are honestly the worst supplement I have ever tasted or smelt! They make you want to throw up just by opening the lid. Avoid Goes Well With:These would go well on “I’m a Celebrity get me out of here” as a food trial!
