5The Quality is good. All the vitamins, mineral and good stuff for your body. I combined this with Iron and folic acid. Insane results in 3 weeks. Feels like Hercules. Goes Well With:Water, Milk

Don't think it's possible to notice the difference?
3I have been taking these religiously since I got them, don't feel a difference but I'm sure they hard at work. Well priced for what you get so I'll stick to this for now. Can't go wrong.

The best multi vit MP sells?
4Aside from the lack of magnesium and iron, really MP? Just why? I have no complaints with this one. Tablets are a reasonable size and easy enough to swallow, the inclusion of some digestive enzymes, absorbing agents and Co enzyme Q10 is a nice touch, something you don’t see in a lot of multivitamin. As well as being reasonably priced. Dosages on most things are good enough to very overkill. I’d recommend these as a staple of any supplement routine Goes Well With:Life

5I always get these when I'm at the highest intensity that I train I believe these help me a lot as when I'm like this I train a lot... 5 weight sessions, ontop of that circuits, running and boxing. These help keep me feeling fresh and up for it.Goes Well With:I just take 2 after my breakfast with a shake.. probably meant to take with water but I've had no issues

5As the weeks and weeks progress you start to notice your body feeling the affects of continuous workout and it can really start to affect your performance in the gym and sometimes its hard to get everything your body needs through diet if you do not have the money to spend getting loads of different foods to hit your targets so taking these have been so good I feel the affects of fatigued and soreness less and less because my body is being filled with everything it wants to function to its maximum these are not magical pills but they do help only down size is they don't taste the greatest have a very strong ion taste and smell so and are quite big in size if that isn't a problem I recommend
