The smell...
3These smell like Jeffrey Dahmer's apartment. Honestly, the second you open the container the room fills with it. Truly, truly awful. Other than that, they turn your pee neon yellow but the ingredient list is decent. No iron tho? Bit of a shame. Time will tell on effectiveness!

Good vitamin and minerals
4I bought these as they have a great range of vits and minerals, I have been taking for about 3 weeks now and it’s difficult to say if I feel any different but I know just by the ingredients that they will be good for me. The recommended daily amount is 2 tablets which is no problem and yes they don’t have the best taste but do we really expect them too, no hassle to swallow with water. Goes Well With:Water

5Since I’ve been having these, I’ve had more energy than before and my workout sessions seem to feel better. I feel like I can do more than before and I’ve been increasing the intensity of my sessions faster than I was before.
