5This is a great supplement to keep yourself focused and your immune system in good condition. As a bodybuilder, I put my body through strain every week and having the support from these multivitamins has helped push me through when on a dietary cut. Best MultiVitamin for Men
5Over the years I have tried many brands and variations of multivitamins but none have come close to the Alpha Men Multivitamins from MyProtein. From day 1 of taking these I can feel and see a noticeable difference in how my body has responded in general and at the gym. The vitamins are well rounded and provide a wide range of nutritional benefits that help supplement a healthy diet. These are by far the best on the market (in my opinion).

5Been taking these supplements for years now. Unsure whether they actually make any difference to my health or performance, but I think of them as a good insurance policy in case I’m missing any key vitamins and minerals from my diet.Goes Well With:Take with water every morning

Easy to swallow, good value
4Wish it packed a few more like iron and magnesium, but full of all of the other vitamins and minerals I want. I take it before the Omega-3 Plus softgels, and then the Vitamin D3 softgels. Easy to swallow and good value compared to other supermarket and pharmacy multivitamins I've looked at. No aftertaste or burps or other digestive issues so far.Goes Well With:A sip of water.

5I bought for my boyfriend and after two weeks he started to feel the benefits. He will use them during winter and summer time. ;)

Not vegan
1I've recently gone vegan, like many other people, and I've had to stop taking these because they contain Royal Jelly Extract. The jury's out on the benefits of Royal Jelly Extract, so I'm not sure why it's included here. I've switched to another WELL-known brand, but I'd happily switch back if the Royal Jelly Extract was removed or they released a vegan version.Goes Well With:Meat, I guess.
