How to tell?
2I take one with food in the morning and a couple of hours later I have bright, illuminous pee. Hopefully some of the nutrients are being absorbed but most seems to exit straight away

Seems to do the trick
4It's hard to tell with a multi-vitamin whether it's having any impact or not, but they're easy enough to consume and the nutritional info seems good. Just remember it's x2 tabs per day, not x1Goes Well With:A glug of drink
