Good multivitamin
5Good quality multivitamin. Large quantity at a low price. Have noticed I've been getting less headaches and sleeping slightly better after taking this. Not sure if that's a placebo effect or not but I feel better regardless.

4a great way to get all the required vitamins and minerals a man needs, i have noticed after a few months that these tablets increase my mood, my sleep and my overall health.

5After trying several market equivalents of the product , i soon realised no other product provides the amount of vitamins and also the size of the pill is perfect to swallow! no surprise Myprotein are top of the market .

5These tablets are probably some of the worst smelling multi vit/minerals I've come across, however, really noticed the effectiveness of them and have not stopped since strating. I guess the best things for you really don't always taste the best. :)Goes Well With:Water

Effective and convenient
5I've been using these for about 5 years now and they're a great convenient way to boost your nutrients intake. 1-2 weeks in taking alpha-men and you start to wake up feeling fresh and more energetic. Can't recommend enough. Goes Well With:Water.

Bit disappointed
4Usually a staple supplement however noticed that MyProtein have changed the recommended does to 2 tabs per Day when it was Previously 1. This means you end up using more and ultimately spending more. This aside still a quality product, easy to swallow, but not happy with how MyProtein have reduced strength of tabletGoes Well With:Other supplements
