5Fantastic all round multivits with all the basic essentials needed for day to day life with some great addition like Co enzyme Q10 to aid with blood sugar regulation. Which is a great addition for competative athletes

Good quality supplement, terrible smell.
3As the title says, these are a great supplement. The only off putting that really hasn't been mentioned is the smell of them. It is pretty bad, after taking 2 it leaves the taste lingering in your mouth.
