Great all round vitamins
5I enjoyed this product as it contains everything you need day to day. I’ve also noticed that my performance in the gym has increased too.

Label are misleading and/or unclear
4Ingredients list shows Potassium Chloride, but in nutritional value label Potassium is missing. So Potassium (any form) is included or no?? If it's in, then how much of it? Magnesuim (typing mistake on web and on bottle too...)

Great product
5Great product so far, easy to swallow and helps keep bitamin intake up, I've previously had low vitamin D so will see at next blood tests if these are helping maintain levels

5As product name Alfa Male. For me works after 3 days with huge benefits on gym. Strength pump and muscle growth

Product flavour has changed for the worse
3Been using this for years in various meals- yoghurt, oats etc. However unfortunately the flavour has recently been changed for the worse, tastes more nutty now

Good but they smell
5I take these everyday and I do feel a lot more energised, they do smell awful but that doesn’t really put me off as it’s only for a couple seconds per day. Also they make your pee bright green and smell like the tables if you don’t drink enough water so it’s a very good way of knowing if you’ve drank enough for the day 😂.Goes Well With:Cod liver tablets.

Good tablets, a tad too large
4Good range of vitamins and found it has been working. Especially one night after one too many, felt far fresher in the morning than I would normally. Tablets are on the large side however
