5I started taking these 2 weeks ago. They go down really easy.. they don't linger. Iva head some before that regurge or you can feel it stuck in your throat after... however these are potent and have a harsh smell. They go down really easy and that's that no after regrets. I feel much better with taking them just 2 weeks.Goes Well With:And drink. I take them daily before my shakes. The power of the shakes help knock off the taste. Really happy

5Have two of these with breakfast and let the alpha man take over. Highest concentration of B vitamins in one dose I have found anywhere giving you the boost you need the most. Goes Well With:A big fry up and a glass of fruit juice or water which ever you prefer.

Fit and healthy
5I have been taking these for several years purely because I am the wrong side of 50 and cycle to work 4 days a week (6 miles each way) and do a bit of running to keep fit. I have always been relatively fit and healthy but since taking these I rarely get coughs and colds and if I do they really are very mild and not man flu 😊
