5great product very easy to take as they are small however they waste a lot of packaging with so much space left at the top!

Taste/smell has improved a lot
5I'm not sure if this is a new formula or my sense of smell has just gotten weaker but when I bought these in 2019 i couldn't handle the smell. Now it appears they're using a new formula and the smell has improved a lot. I would definitely recommend now as they work like a charm. Leave me feeling great.Goes Well With:Zinc and Magnesium supplements as well.

Perfect & Easy
4Smell horrible, like honestly sickly and taste even worse, but the taste is gone pretty quickly, I take these and my creatine everyday as it is an easy way to get my vitamins in etc. I do sometimes gag when taking them tho so be wary if you can't handle it.

Good all round
5I have been taking these now for a couple of year ! They have good content but also take fish oils the taste of the fish oils far outweighs the taste of these and to be honest there not that bad on there own anyway some people are just snowflakes!! Not sure I feel more energetic off them as only take one a day as I think food should add the other nutrients you need . Goes Well With:Cwoffffeee
