Alpha Men Multi Vits
5Plenty of tablets with loads of vitamins included. I found these to be easily digestible with no recurring digestive symptoms (burping). I suffer from IBS so this is important to me. Great quality of product. Goes Well With:anything....

Great Product, Weird taste
4Quality multivitamin really attuned to men. Does have a weird taste which I can only describe as chicken noodles. Make sure you brush your teeth after the product not before.Goes Well With:Water.

Honest opinion
5I've tried these a few years ago. I was taking 4 tablets per day. Honestly I wasn't expecting much. However, after 1 week I started feeling waaaay more energised (to my surprise). Unfortunately I have gut inflammation and I had to stop taking the multivits. I have a hard time swallowing pills, thus I break the tablet in two and I swallow the halves with food. Much easier than water. As for the taste, why does it matter so much?! If you want a good taste just buy a chocolate bar!Goes Well With:Food.

Effective daily vitamins
5Although I agree with many of the reviews that the taste is not great. I highly recommend them as a daily vitamin due to the content in each pill. Priced very well too

5The alpha men vitamins are 100% affective. Brilliant for your fatigue anf tiredness. Over all definitely worth buying. The MYP top as always is top quality. Perfect for working out in! Goes Well With:Building up fatigue reduce tiredness.

Could not live without these now
5So late last year I started studying nursing. It's an incredibly demanding course and I'm working as well. If I miss a day with these, my word do I know it! The energy levels between when I'm taking these and not is chalk and cheese. One of the key ingredients is CoQ10 which is great for energy. I take these combined with vit D3, and omega and I can honestly say I've never felt better.

5TBF if your in this game then your probably cautious with diet & so your vitamin tally is there or thereabouts. I’ve been taking Alpha Men for a few years now they are small tablets easy to swallow & give me the reassurance that I’m hitting that daily total as soon as I start the day.Goes Well With:Water Health Creatine tablets
