A solid multivitamin
4Great array of, and concentration of vitamins and minerals. However, some of the nutraceutical components (e.g. CoQ10) and herbal extracts could be at higher concentrations. I’m pretty sure that the above mentioned merely exist for a buzzword marketing tool, as the concentrations are really, really low, yielding negligible therapeutic effect. But, I reaffirm that the core vit & min components appear top tier. Goes Well With:Omega 3 & Saw Palmetto.

1Haven't Really noticed any difference - been using them for just under 2.5 months and the only change I've noticed is it turned my pee luminous yellow

All in one
5Been looking for a good Multivitimen for a while and I am happy with the choice I made, While the tablets are quite big they are fine, Will buy again.Goes Well With:Omega 3 oils, B12

Quality Product
5Been using these for about a year now and they are quality. Only thing i would say is make sure you drink ALOT with them. At least 1 litre of fluid otherwise your pee goes fluorescent yellow which in my opinion isn't great.

Positive experience and hoping that it's doing good
5As with any other tablet supplement taken by anyone who already has a good, balanced diet, it's hard to tell if these are really doing all that much good without doing regular blood analysis. But these tablets go down easily, don't seem to cause any side effects and I feel like I have enough energy to get through the day with them so I hope that they're working their magic under the hood. I also like the inclusion of a few extra ingredients that other vitamin brands don't have. For their price when discounted, I would recommend above other more expensive brands.

Have used them for 10 plus year
5Best multivitamin out there, plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and more. Price for quality is incredible, no other brand has anything so complete and cheap, no reason to stop buying alpha men tablets once you start, unless you stop caring about your health :).

Great Product, delivered without care
5Really, Really enjoy the benefits this products gives you with a well balanced plethora of vitamins and minerals. Been using them for over a year and they help with the gym and playing sport. Bit annoyed with the delivery as I've had to order these multiple times, without refund, in order to receive the product. I like the product enough to bite the bullet, but I will be looking elsewhere for other products, in case another costly mistake occurs.

Poor taste and size
2These are incredibly hard to swallow due to their size and texture. On top of that, they taste awful. I don't see why anyone would take this when you could take other multivitamins for cheaper. A rare bad product from MyProtein.Goes Well With:People without a gag reflex
