Essential.
4Always good to have a multivit to cover all bases, a shame it doesn't have any magnesium in (not oxide, as oxide doesn't absorb well) and not sure if it has zinc oxide in or not. Other than that it contains lots of essentials and more advanced active ingredients for a fantastic price. Buy in bulk and get on sale!

5Tried many multivitamins over the years and while these don’t necessarily taste the best, they certainly boost my training and give me an edge whilst ensuring I get all my necessary vitamins. Worth every penny!Goes Well With:Works best for me if I take one with breakfast and one with my lunch.

Visible effect
5It’s been 3 weeks I started to take this supplement thanks to my wife and I already started to feel the difference. I am working 60 hours a week and I needed something to keep me going and with this vitamin definitely feeling more power less fatigue.

Seems decent vitamins
4I've started taking these vitamins a couple of weeks ago, so far so good. I didn't find the vitamins hard to swallow or that they taste bad, as some wrote here, they were totally fine. I'm not sure regarding the effectiveness, I think I'm feeling a bit less tired and my workouts seem better, but I'm not entirely sure. As some wrote, the vitamins are missing iron, but I assume that's cause MyProtein want to sell it separately...

Taste awful and stink
1Tried these for two days. Had to throw them away, stunk up the kitchen and tasted vile leaving an awful aftertaste
