Useful, but have a good gag reflex
3So the tablets have a lot of useful nutrients that we need to live a healthy lifestyle. They have quite a d acquired taste/smell but the hardest thing for me is swallowing them. Definitely need breaking down as I keep gagging everytime I try to take one.

5I started taking these three weeks ok and I have noticed a vast improvement to my health. My skin cleared up, I have more energy and my bowel movements are more comfortable. I think they are great multi vitamins and will get more when I run out. Goes Well With:Water

5wow,1st time getting this and its great. Makes you wonder how much additives are added to the supermarket products when you see how natural looking this is and it taste great.i use in shakes,protein loaf sandwich and best of all alittle spread on toast.Goes Well With:shakes Deserts Toast

1Been taking these capsules for 3 months now and I have had no difference positive nor negative. I have done blood tests to check different mineral levels and see no improvement. Overall, I do still feel the same, I am a person that lives an active and busy lifestyle with a regular balanced diet. Not just going off of how I feel afterwards.
