Terrible taste/smell
1These multivitamins will make you feel good, however the smell and taste is really foul and it gets worse over time to the point where it is unbearable.

Great boost for everyday lifestyle
5The last of it is not very good, but I mean they are in great size shape so it goes down easy before you can really taste it. Works feel and makes me feel good about the day ahead when I have some vitamins in me.Goes Well With:Water

Excellent Buy
5After about 12 months of trialling various different MultiVitamins from supermarkets to other websites, this is the best by far; the perfect blend of value for money and doing everything it claims to do. I feel much less tired, my attention span for uni work has dramatically increased, and I can push 1/2 more reps out per gym set. Not noticed any side effects, and take 1 with breakfast and 1 with tea every day. Highly recommended.Goes Well With:I take mine with Omega-3 softgels.

3So first time buying vitamin supps but bought them based on the reviews and the price was good, they are pretty big but that was fine and they don't smell the best but if they are good for you then just get them down, I took mine with some blue raspberry creatine and was fine didn't taste anything Goes Well With:Blue raspberry creatine or just water

Be Careful! Side Effects are Real
1I have used this product for a 3 week period and have started to develop numbness and lots of redness around on both of my hands which other reviews have mentioned. The product does perform well however be very cautious as the side effects have been enough to cause this. The product will be going in the bin for me now unfortunately.

Nasty taste
4Actually feel a lot better for taking these in the morning and have now made it part of my daily routine. Massive downside they taste absolutely horrible like a really sulphur taste which can be hard to swallow in the mornings. Goes Well With:Water

Definitely feel a difference
5Since I started taking 2 a day I feel a lot better definitely better than supermarket vitamins that's for sure
