This is one of the best multivitamins
5This is one of the best multivitamins I’ve ever had, gives loads of energy only down side for me is that mental clarity is not there, loads of physical energy but not a lot of mental focus. Still good need to find a balance between this and immune plus one they used to do.

Almost perfect
5I feel like Superman when I'm on these. Although I wish it contained magnesium, iodine and more copper but maybe I'm being to critical. Goes Well With:Omega-3, magnesium, iodine, copper

Taste and smell are not the best, but good multi-vitamin
4As the most of the reviews here, I can also confirm that the taste and smell of those are not the best, and you have to shut your nose to reduce it, but after all it's nice multi-vitamin. I'm taking 2 tables every morning (with food, after the first bite the bad taste is passed, so thats good).Goes Well With:Water & food

Great multi-vit & value for money
5Great multi vit supplement with lots of key ingredients for overall male health as well as loads of extras rather than just the tickbox vitamins you get with other brand's. Doesn't repeat on you, take the full dose and you'll see noticeable changes in energy levels and general well-being.

Perfect Supplement
5Perfect supplement, the MAIN reason I bought it was because it had all the vitamins required and it doesn't contain Iron or Magnesium which means it can be eaten on a high protein diet without adverse symptoms from overdoses (it happens)

Great all rounder
5Used these constantly in 2013 and 2014 when bike racing a lot and my health was amazing. Tapered off the training in 2015 and 2016 and got sick a lot. Started back with these and I rarely get ill and the recovery time is shorter when I am. Not sure if there's much of an energy boost or similar but for recovery from illness and prevention I notice it is better. Stock up on these! They are big but not the horse tranquilliser sizes that some of the other MP stuff has been in the past.

Good ingredients, but dont feel difference
4AM is well packed with active ingredients. Price is good. I'll take 2 tablets in the morning after a meal. Unfortunately, I did not feel that there would be something different after 2 weeks use. That's why 4 stars.Goes Well With:Magnesium Citrate, Glucosamine HCL & Chondroitin

PLEASE NEVER STOP SELLING THESE
5Hi Guys, I've been helping a friend who has Fibromyalgia by giving her vitamins and minerals and 95% of her symptoms are gone already after 3 weeks. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE never stop selling these as they are a godsend to people I take them, my mum does and a few friends do too. Also the Electrolyte Plus tablets you do are a godsend too. Goes Well With:Electrolytes Plus Omega 369
