4I been taking them for 5months and i feel great. I find it hard to swallow tablets but these are not too big and most days I blend them into a fruit smoothie

Good multivitamin
4Good multivitamin. I've been taking it for a while, although the company keeps changing the strength of some vitamins. It would also be great if Iron was included but unfortunately it is not.

5I take these rather than the women’s ones. They provide more vitamins and value. Just don’t take as many as directed. Can certainly feel the difference in my energy levels

These tablets have shrunk
5These tablets have shrunk to about 2/3rds of the size they were previously. I have to say when you are popping these type of pills the fact they are slightly smaller does make taking them easier to swallow. Presumably they have the same effectiveness.

Great (Changed consistency)
4The Alpha Men multi-Vits are great, everything I need in one go along with some iron tablets! It seems the consistency of each vitamin and mineral has changed in my latest order of the product, higher content of core Vits but a lower content of B12 (only 250Mcg now) I suspect this may be because B12 is expensive to fortify into supplements, but more likely due to all the comments of neon like urine (usually/harmlessly causes by excessive B12) But all the same a good product, 110% necessity in my life! Goes Well With:Health!
