My go-to multi
5I've used this for years as my multivitamin. Probably don't really need it as I'm sure I get most of what I need from my food, but helps with any lagging areas (when I had a blood test the only extra vitamin I needed to supplement more of with it was vitamin D).

Just a vitamin to me
5Difficult to say if this really makes much of a difference. Tastes angin but it's a drop and gulp and with a morning coffee boost peppermint mocha shake there's nothing to complain about.

5Easy to swallow. Has a slightly funny smell but doesnt really taste of anything. Helps me feel more energised for sure
