5I LOVE these. Having suffered with Anorexia for too long, I find eating bars like these easier than a lot of things. I love the taste, so yummy and chocolate-ty! Goes Well With:anything, nice milky coffee :)

4Have these about an hour and half before training and work a treat. They dont repeat on you either and very tasty.

it's what it says on the tin
4I gotta say these aren't half bad. Think soft bake cookies but with oats, a little chocolatey hint and a whole lotta protein. I'm always skeptical of protein treats because sometimes they slap and sometimes they deserve to be slapped straight into the bin. This ain't the case with these because they are actually quite nice. You can definitely taste the protein but it's not overpowering and there's no chalky aftertaste or ought like that. Haven't noticed a massive change using these but I am a lot less sore after continued use of them. Gotta mean something I guess! :)

Does the job
4These are not like a lovely belvita soft bake if that's what you're looking for but with so little sugar what can you expect. I find the chocolate quite bitter but pleased with the amount of protein.
