Omega 3-6-9 Review
Great if you don't get enough EFA from your food. Have been taking these for ages and haven't encountered any fishy smells or sticking together in the bottle and definitely no fishy burps afterwards. Hard to notice any immediate improvements, but joints and general health are good so I believe that these definitely do help in the long term. Wouldn't be without them.Goes Well With:Food.

Great value for money! I take these at night before bed because I don’t like the aftertaste that is so common with other brands. On nights I forget and take the next morning I do not get an after taste. Which is great. Makes them very easy to take! Goes Well With:I take with magnesium and zinc at night and there seems to be no negative affects
