5these are goto on a daily basis. had used fish oil earlier. But since recent studies show that 369 is a complete omega profile. I peacefully consume and trust this completely due to my intense workout regimen, and over time I have noticed, it helps me in keep my stress under control. sometimes pop a few extra if I am not consuming enough fish
