dosage doesnt match bottle.
4these are great and easy to swallow, im seeing some reviews saying to take one a day, my bottle says to take one THREE times a day. best to just check bottle as website says one a day as well.

Low quality omega-3
2Unfortunately after using this for several years I found out this is actually very low quality omega 3. The DHA and EPA is all off, they should be about even however the EPA being so high means it’s low quality. Personally I would recommend either the krill oil, or the cod liver oil as a source of omega 3. They are much high quality as well as far cheaper, however you do have to dose with more tablets, ideally 500mg -1g Goes Well With:Anything

Low EPADHA
1I’ve seen reviews saying this is high in EPA DHA. It’s well short. I use this site for my creative so I have bias. Go to zipvit for affordable quality omega 3 with high epa dha
