5I’ve suffered with bloating for so long, endless amounts of tablets that apparently are to suppose to help but never once saw a change until i found theses! Immediately after having them I could see a difference, I wasn’t looking about 6 months pregnant anymore. It was amazing I fully recommend theses to anyone who suffers with bloating because they are not only helping you feel less bloated but they also make your confidence shine back through!Goes Well With:Oats, porridge and cereal

5Use these to make granola which is the best breakfast imho. Long lasting energy throughout day from these chia seeds. Used to buy them from Costco but now just buy MP’s chia seeds. Goes Well With:Granola

Overnight oats
5My doc said chia seeds are a great source of Omega 3, an important natural anti inflammatory, particularly as I hate fish. An excellent thickening agent for overnight oats!Goes Well With:Oats, protein powder, milk and frozen berries in overnight oats.
