Love it
5The best pre-workout I’ve come across. Tastes great, I love the blue raspberry flavour. Mix with water, shake and it’s all dissolved and ready. I find I can get away with using 1/2 a measure if I’m not doing too much cardio. If ;I’m going to be doing an intense workout I mix the full dose I take it 30/45 minutes before starting to exercise. Very pleased with it.

Great
5I bought the orange mango soda and it is delish easy to dry scoop and takes good dry and in juice, did irritate my stomach but I'm quite sensitive, so start with maybe half a scoop just to see how your body copes then increase or decrease based on that, doing this I still get the energy I need even if less than the original serving.

Be careful with this if ur a woman
3I’m a 5,6 125lbs woman and took two scoops as directed on the product packaging. Lowkey felt like I was about to explode. Like I simultaneously felt like I was thanos and also like I was about to die. So that was lovely. One scoop is more than enough. And make sure you eat food before taking this otherwise you’ll feel sick. Don’t take it to try boost ur fasted workout with this you’ll feel awful. Other than that it works great, deffo get itchy kinda tingles but idc abt that to be honest with you. Tastes kinda grim but does the job.

Amazing
5I have the blue raspberry fizz flavour and it tastes amazing! I cannot complain about the flavour at all as normally when buying these types of things they don’t taste very good but this is great. The pre work out definitely helps me in my workouts and I feel like I can can get more reps or even lift heavier. I would highly recommend.

Game changer
5Amazing flavour (sour apple) and smashed a load of PBs when using it. I can’t drink caffeine so have always avoided pre-workout powders, so this has been a game changer for me. Highly recommended.

PR PRE WORKOUT
5First time using this pre workout and smashed my PR by 5kg! I 100% recommend. Brilliant flavour and will definitely be buying again 👍🏻

Pure anabolics
3Works really well in the workout but the crash is the problem. Maybe it's because I'm young but I get a big crash with it even with a half dose.

Good Value for money
4This is a good value for money and the dosages are not too extreme which is a good thing in my opinion. But just know that Dosages mentioned in the label are for two scoops. Which is little deceptive. But still it is good value for money and pretty good pre workout
