5Great product and great tasting. Works well for my workouts. Very happy Goes Well With:350ml of water. Goes well with supplements in shapes of pills (ashwagandha) washes them down well

Pre workout 💪
5This is a regular purchase of mine. Having tried many different ones over the years this one is a winner 🏆. I tend to use one scoop for upper body and one and a half for lower for weights. It so effective I've never actually needed the max dose of two scoops!!. As a weight trainer in her 50's this is an brilliant pre-workout!

5It makes you feel like a superman good power kick energy just 1 scoop is fine and better than some normal preworkouts

Ok until the last bits are left.
4It's good pre workout, but every one I have purchased, when it gets to the end of the tub, it all clumps together and congeals. No matter how dry I keep it. Every time the bottom is stuck together and you can't even u clump it by mixing it with a fork. Has a very bitter aftertaste, very sour. But it does work!
