5Excellent preworkout! Purchased this before and now recently purchased again. Works for me with the weights and being 52! Tried many over the years but this one is a winner for me. It's also not stupidly over priced....

4For a bigger guy, I have a tolerance to these thing's, But this feels great, I get a tingly face about 10 mins after drinking it, but that lasts only about 15 minutes and doesn't go too bad. But the energy this gives you is perfect as I feel its a somewhat slower release, I'll be mid session feeling ok, then suddenly get a boost and smash it! Comes in waves! I started with 1 scoop, then moved to 2, But today I felt savage so I wanted to fight the God's themselves, I took 4 scoops! Fear me. Goes Well With:Water/ice water

Amazing Pre recommend
5Good amount of caffeine to give you a boost, beta alanine gives u a nice itchy feeling knowing that your ready and the taurine gives you a good pump. Goes Well With:Mixes really well with water

5This is by far the best pre workout I have had with its taste, and even how effective it is, the taste isn’t too strong when drinking it and if you like to dry scoop your Pre-workout then this is also good for that as it doesn’t stick or clump together in your mouth.
