A really valuable addition to my nutrition
5I currently use 30g with 300g of milk - it mixes well and produces a nice smooth taste. It's not especially chocolatey but pleasant enough, and I sometimes add a few grams of cocoa powder to up the chocolate factor. I find I sleep better, wake more refreshed, and after 15 years of DOMS from long runs, suddenly it has vanished.Goes Well With:skimmed milk, cocoa powder

Vomited after consuming
1I did 2 scoops with milk. A few hours after my workout and a hour before bed. This was chalky to drink. Tasted nothing like chocolate. Maybe as a woman the suggested amount should be altered? 30 mins after consuming my stomach starts feeling queasy like I’m hungover. An hour later I’m vomiting it out.

5Tried this with my last order as it was on offer, Excellent and beneficial drink prior to going to bed, I found it worked very well after hard training, As an old racing cyclist my trainer recommended some weight training to increase strength, flexibility, weight loss and also combat loss of bone density, Overnight protein has helped greatly with the inevitable DOMS associated with weight training.

4Tried this as I was sick of the taste of the casein powder, and I can say this stuff is much more palatable. I can only comment on the chocolate flavour, but it actually tastes like chocolate... and I don't have to pinch my nose to drink it. Needs a good shake to mix mind. Effectiveness is pretty noticeable, too. Muscle soreness the day after a run or heavy lifting work out is minimal.

3The zinc content for a serving is higher than the recommended daily maximum... So far I like it, but a bit concerned about the above so only taking a half serving each day
