Easy mixing protein
4An easy mixing protein shake with added minerals and a good strawberry taste. I am please with how well this goes in blended shakes with fruits such as banana and frozen berries.

5I've been using this product for a while now and I’m so so happy with it. Easy to consume, great consistency and texture with no clumps and grainy textures or bad aftertaste, works the charm! Great for evening nutrition
5Love this product, with all the goodies that come in it. I always have this about 8pm mixed with yogurt and berries and it keeps me full until breakfast 12 hours later.Goes Well With:yogurt, blueberries

Best protein shake by far…
5This is the best protein shake in the world, no bloating, tastes great (strawberry & cream) and wake up in the morning looking better every time! I’ve tried many different ones but after a good few years of experimenting I only use this now and the MP clear whey protein - both are amazing! Don’t let the price put you off, it’s worth every penny!Goes Well With:300ml water & 100ml milk (semi or almond/oat)

Overnight recovery
4Very good at doing what it says. Helps with recovery very well, leg days will always be sore but this minimises. Helps wake me up feeling recovered and refreshed. The strawberry cream tastes great but can foam up after mixing which makes it a bit thick so recommend leaving for 5 mins after shaking before consuming. Goes Well With:Water or Milk

5Due to ZMA supplements being unavailable at the moment I decided to give this a try as I needed casein anyway, it was a best of both worlds scenario (and I got it whilst on offer... win win) I've read the reviews & I'm slightly surprised as my experience with this seems to be somewhere between what I've read, but at the same time nothing like what others have posted (blowing smoke up A**es comes to mind) so here's my genuine review, of course maybe everyone reacts different.... Taste - nothing wrong with it, it's not the strongest nor weakest, its not the best, nor the worst, it reminds me of a melted neopolitan ice cream (chocolate flavour of course), simply it's very drinkable Mixability - I've had no issues 400ml water, 60g of this, in a blender & job done. It's thick, but it's an overnight slow release shake, what do you expect? Don't like it so thick? Add another 100ml of water I haven't had any clumps/lumps or anything else, no issues here Effectiveness - here's the interesting one, reading some reviews (remember how I said 'blowing smoke up a**es'?) Sleep - I still get my 7-9 hours sleep per night, does it feel different? I don't know, I'm asleep & I stay asleep, as I always have until my alarm goes off Waking up - I've always been an early bird but no even with this I don't jump out of bed like what some seem to suggest feeling fantastic & like ive had the sleep of a god, i wake up like we all do wanting my alarm or kids to shut up, nothing much has changed here According to my smart watch I'm still getting similar times on light/deep sleep, however research suggests zinc helps with sleep so I guess in some way it must be helping because this Is packed with it (I also haven't experience any vivid/lucid dreams which can be associated with zinc sups) Aches/pains - if you're working out hard, you're going to ache & you're going to ache for afew days after too, so I'm not buying the 'oh I took this and the morning after I had no aches blah blah, it's not a miracle cure, don't give people false hope & make them think this isn't working, they're paying good money for this product If you didn't have aches/DONS you're either - not working out hard enough - are blessed & lucky with amazing genes - talking absolute bulls**t From my experience what I can say is.... I have gone up in weights/reps whilst working out which coincided with the week starting this & was fairly surprised at the results I seemed to get less fatigued during my workout & it genuinely seems to have taken 2-3 days off my recovery time (what I mean by this is the aches or DONS I experience are fading sooner than previous at lighter weight/reps) So in short - higher weights, more reps, and less recovery time tells me something is working & I'd be inclined to say it was due to this product, so on that basis 5* for me on my first purchase of this & likely something I'll buy again in the futureGoes Well With:Water Working out Sleep A balanced diet

5Great taste and helps sleepy and recovery after the gym, tried other recovery blends and this is the best one I have tried. Packed full of protein too
