3Great for a cost effective quick snack with lots of protein. Not the best tasting if you are looking for a protein rich treat.

Smelly
3Good ratios in terms of macros, calories and the amount of protein you're getting out of what is supposed to be a snack, but the taste is not pleasant (I had the cranberry & white chocolate flavour). I think there are many other products that are a lot tastier and in which the difference in nutritional properties is only marginally worse. Also, whey products are known to be a bit smelly (the dreaded unwashed protein shake bottle), but this one had a particularly bad smell from the get go, I don't think I will be re-ordering.Goes Well With:N/A

Not great
3Cookies are ok for a one off however get sickening very easily. Texture and taste isn't great, would rate 6/10, definitely tasted better.

Protein-filled snack
5Love these cookies. Really filling and tasty. You know you are eating a supplement rather than aa baked treat, but it doesn't matter. These are delicious.

Gross
1These are very, very, very unpleasant. Stodgy. Sour. Can't taste either the white chocolate or the cranberry. Given the taste - I can only assume that these are little sponges they use to soak up chemical waste spillages. I'd throw them away but think they may be harmful to the environment. Avoid!

Great treat!
5Really great treat! Love this warmed up for a few seconds in the microwave to make it more of a gooey texture! I prefer the cranberry one - it is very sweet but great when that’s what you’re in the mood for! Macros are great, I love using this as a wee after dinner/supper snack if I still need to meet my protein goals for the day!
