For a small cookie - it packs a punch!
5MACROS The macros are very impressive 190kcal for 25grams of protein (per 1 cookie, 50grams)- the only thing that beats this ratio is simple protein powder which works out at 200kcal for 40grams of protein (also 50grams of the powder) - that being said normally I would have less than 50grams of the powder per portion. FLAVOUR The taste is good, it's sweet texture is nice, does it has an artificial flavour - sure, it does but it still works for me! CONVENIENCE It is a small-ish cookie in size (4-bites and it's gone!) - even though it's so nutritiously dense it takes a while for the satiety hormone to kick in and immediately after eating you might have to wait a bit before the fullness of the cookie starts kicking in.Goes Well With:glass of water (everything goes well with a glass of water), milk, yoghurt, coffee - could be a good idea to balance with some healthy fats and carbs to get a "hunger-crushing-combo" lunch/meal.

Great for easy on the go protein
4I really like the lean cookies! The texture is fabulous, they are filling in a pinch and while they have a slight chemical taste to them it isn't overly off-putting. I just wish they had a little more of a berry flavour to them as the taste is mild . Otherwise I've ordered them twice now and do really enjoy them with my lunch Goes Well With:Fruit , dipped in coffee

5Been looking for the right brand for fitness products for a while now and I’ve got to say after getting a few of their products I’ve never gone back, Made perfectly, amazing flavours and it’s cost effective compared to other fitness brands. Great macros, just about tolerable flavour (either of them)
3First off - 25g of protein, just shy of 200 calories, they do the job from that standpoint. The cranberry & white chocolate is slightly nicer than the dark chocolate, mostly because it has a much more pleasant texture; the dark chocolate is incredibly dry and tough. The C&W does however have this weird artificial aftertaste, so it's a toss up as to whether you want to punish your tastebuds or your jaw. The C&W flavour still isn't great compared to some of the other products here (personally I'd rate the white chocolate brownies as by far the nicest of MP's sweet snacks), but the Lean Cookie is probably the best from a pure nutrition standpoint. It's fine if you're on the go, but honestly if you're focused on getting as much protein from as few calories as possible and are at home just have a shake.Goes Well With:Poorly functioning tastebuds

Great taste and texture
5I love the taste of the cranberry and white chocolate. The big win for me here is the low sugar count which is basically fat waiting to happen which is why I opted for these snacks. Just a perfect way to force 50 grams of protein into your daily diet when having two a day in between meals.Goes Well With:BCAA mix for drinks - puts power into the protein synthesis into the body.

Too powdery
1Unfortunately these lean cookies don't taste very nice, they're too dense and powdery. They've tried to create a product with maximum protein and minimal calories (which is what attracted me to the product) but it just doesn't work. It's like several scoops of protein powder have been squished together and chucked in the oven...
