Unhealthy protein bar
4If i am being honest, these aren’t amazing, i say this, because on the inside, they have the texture of the inside of a protein bar, if you’ve had any protein bars before you know what I’m talking about. But the rest of it is quite nice. The caramel taste like caramel, the chocolate taste like chocolate, and overall it taste similar to a chocolate treat. The macros aren’t brilliant, but they aren’t bad for a treat, in my opinion, I think you are better off just having a normal protein bar, only if it’s one that is like a treat.

Surprisingly nice
4I’ve seen lots of negative reviews on this one, I bought it because of the interesting name. It’s quite sweet, like a mini roll that has been sat on and filled with caramel in the best way possible. I wouldn’t have guessed it had nearly 8 grams of protein - it tasted very indulgent. It is nice and chocolatey with a generous amount of caramel and a good texture.Goes Well With:A hot drink or fruit and yogurt.

Not as good as thought
3Really weird texture and not what i thought. They are really small too at half the size of a normal chocolate mini roll. Wouldn't say they taste like birthday cake either.
