Always help give me a boost
5I use the tropical flavour ones before every workout and they really help give me a boost, especially on the harder days when I feel like I'm lagging!!

5These a wonderful product. Its a must be any gym goer and is a constant in my gym bag.. I take them an hour before i train and it gets me through every tough sesssion. Taste is great also. 10 out of 10 from me!

5Not a great taste but it's gone in seconds. Rip it open, pour down your throat, not bad texture. Won't give you tingles all over which I prefer, the energy and focus is there and high in caffeine. Recommended!! I've bought twoceGoes Well With:You don't need to mix

Gets me through my early morning workouts
5Found that these really make a difference to my 5.30am gym sessions. Gives me the boost I need to get through my workout and seems to keep me going throughout the work day too! Will be a repeat purchase for me.

Good stuff
5Taste is not great to be honest but I didn't get it for that. Didn't think it had to much effect as I was quite tired on my way to the gym. However, best session I have done in a long while, lifted heavy with energy to spare. Did a good soild hour and could have gone on. Highly recommend, no bad effects at all for me. Even a couple of hours later I still have a ton of energy Goes Well With:Gym
