Holy moly - the ITCHING!
4I was quite shocked initially when my ears, then body and feet started not only itching but burning after 20 minutes of necking this, but I read that it’s perfectly normal and a common side effect. However, it does the trick! It actually works. I was buzzing so much I couldn’t sit still at the gym!! Really gives you that push you need for weightlifting. I’d recommend but I really don’t like the prickly burning sensation!

100% effective!!

Great Boost
5Sour in taste but it's a shot so short lived. Worked within 15 minutes and gives me the boost I need to finish a gruelling workout. Itched like crazy for a little bit but was worth it!

Tingling
5My skin started to tingle, started with my whole face then the arches of my feet. On googling it was the ingredient beta-alanine and is completely normal. Very very very sour, that I love! Impressed overall.

GREAT
4Honestly the taste is like medicine you get the flavour you ask for but it's a preshot so what do you expect anyway it's effective take about 20mins to kick in for me and when it does its like an instant energy boost. Great for lifting. Highly recommend.
