5Always wanted a pre workout that I didn’t need to mix and also didn’t need to drink so much of it, I keep these in the fridge and shot it on my way to the gym. You do get the weird burning and tingling feeling in your hands etc but that doesn’t bother me and does give me a good workout, can do 2 spin classes in a row now whereas could usually only do 1 ! It’s very very sour but I really enjoy it

5I love these shots, you get that boost required to improve performance in 10-15mins. I use The Pre-workout normally but these shots are great if I’m heading to the gym straight from work, there’s no mixing involved and it takes up no room in my already bursting bag! Love, love, love them 💪Goes Well With:-

5I'd been previously using the Eddie Hall pre workout but I don't like the taste and the fact I had to down 500ml of liquid as fast as I could then have it all sloshing around in my belly as I try to do cardio so when I saw these I thought they'd be great for popping into my gym bag and taking when I get there, no more mixing or shakers, so I bought a box and boy am I glad I did! The taste is extremely sour but really lovely, it kicked in after only 10 minutes and it worked very well, I had a bit of itching but nowhere near as bad as the Eddie Hall mix, that made me so prickly I wanted to rip my skin off. I love these so much that I ordered 2 more boxes the next day :)

I don’t work out without them
5I don’t work out without them! They give me such an energy boost, and wince taking them preworkout I’ve vern able to push myself to much harder with even better recoveries And that taste lush! Super handy too in the little bottles.

Convenient
5These where a spur of the moment purchase but they do the trick, definitely prefer the 60ml of liquid in my stomach before a workout instead of mixing pre workout or taking a can of something. Taste is pretty good and enough of a caffeine hit to get through a long session. Definitely recommend these.
