Great product but need to be careful if your'e on a strict deficit
4Product tastes wonderful - one of my favorites. The bar is supposed to 80 grams however i had a whole box where the average weight was 98 grams. Great if you are in the mindset of more for less, but if you trust the packaging and on a strict calorie deficit then you need to weigh this chonk out as that a 100 gram bar is 427 Calories! That's quite a bit.... I've been splitting these in half otherwise i'd be a fat boy if i didn't weigh stuff

4The protein flapjack is a tastey snack with buttery texture which adds to the delicious taste, a good amount of protein in a small snack.

Too sticky
2The taste is ok, the are too gooey and sticky. Literally have to wash your hands after eating them. Also, I little thin. Maybe if they were chunky thick and not so wide. Goes Well With:Breakfast.

19g of sugar but 29g protein
4The only way I can get some protein for my daughter as she can’t eat much variations, no meats and not much protein in her diet (covid) related, but it does have a lot of sugar. Willing to accept the sugar content though in this circumstance.

5This is one of my favourite products from My Protein. It is a great way to get protein whilst it also tasting like a treat. They just taste like a 'normal' flapjack. Would 100% recommend!!

5What can I say. Its my first order and I am HOOKED! They taste amazing and carry 20g protein. I love abscking on these after a gym class or any other time of day. I'll be ordering again for sure! Goes Well With:Anything. I just eat them on its own, I'd imagine they'd be good with tea
