Snack in a million
5Ever since I started eating these as a snack I have one every day. Eating a calorie surplus for muscle gain these are a perfect snack. 400 calories each and very tasty dense texture and reasonably sweet. Quite filling but satisfying. Goes Well With:Glass of milk Hard work and heavy weights.

Fantastic taste
5I love these flapjacks. For a high protein product, they taste amazing. They go down really easy (not dry or tough to eat) perfect for a quick high protein snack.

Can’t stop my mrs from stealing them!
5It’s hard to find any protein bar that doesn’t feel like you are eating a brick, but these are insane! Just like any other flapjack and that is why whenever I come to grab one, the box is half empty because my girlfriend has eaten them all….Goes Well With:A lock and key on your cupboard…
