amazing treat for low carb eaters
4low carb best I've found!! my guilty treat taste great and perfect size my fav is Apple and cinnamon don't put them in the fridge tho has u will break ur teeth to eat haha Goes Well With:nice cup of tea or coffee

Not nice
1I bought most flavours, lemon cheesecake was shocking! One of the worst bars I've ever tasted. The bars seem like they've been melted and when I'm opening them they are mis shaped and the clear plastic film is sticking to them, unfortunately. I advised the CS team and they refunded me 1 box out of 4. I certainly won't be purchasing again, il be sticking to quest or carbkilla!Goes Well With:Doesnt

Gives your Jaw a workout.
3Ok, I don't often write reviews but thought I needed to after trying these bars. Yes. I have heard they the nutritional info isn't 100 percent. But if your on a diet the macros are still pretty awesome and for a v. Low carb bar the nutritional values are awesome. Negatives:: they are chewy and not the good kind of chewy, your jaw actually aches afterwards. Makes it very filling though and lEss likely to binge on them. I tried putting it in the oven And microwave but it really doesn't improve the bar much... The taste is okay. Literally nothing special. They aren't awful though. Goes Well With:An iron jaw ;-) - try putting them in the oven to soften them.

Fruity
5Tried the apple and cinnamon flovour as it is new and was surprised how fruity it tasted. Tastes like a fruit bar. My diet is similar to keto so minimal carbs are important meaning I sacrifice a lot of fruit. Now I can have an apple as a fruit bar without the guilt or carb gains and it has a lot of fibre and protein. I serve this in my restaurant sliced and warm with hot protein vanilla desert and zero butterscotch sauce. 40g protein and 9grams of carbs. Goes Well With:Protein vanilla dessert warmed up with a drizzle of zero butterscotch sauce.

My Bar Zero
4The Almond Vanilla is the flavour I like the best but Cookies and Cream, Caramel Peanut Butter and Lemon Cheesecake are all good. The Cookies and Cream work well when put in the microwave for 30 seconds and then spread with crunchy peanut butter!Goes Well With:Peanut Butter

Vanilla and Almond zero bar
5Tasty and filling - not too hard to chew like other protein bars and the fact that it's low on sugar makes it even better, I'll be buying it again.
