5I made mine with milk and it was delicious! Top with cream (plus reindeer and sprinkles) for a Christmas treat.

Filling but needs additions
4Great amount of protein. Filling little snack but it doesn't have a strong taste. This could be a good thing depending on your opinion and use case. But I like to add the My Protein Butterscotch Syrup to mine! I would really recommend this product.Goes Well With:My Protein Butterscotch Syrup / Maple Syrup, crushed biscuits, ice cream, cake (It's rude not to eat a piece of someone's birthday cake!)

Smells very nice
4Smells so good in the microwave but doesn’t taste as good as it smells but tastes nice nonetheless. It’s quite dense but that’s expected with protein powder.Goes Well With:Any syrup

5Making these is so so good, it’s quick and easy and so so tasty ! On its own or sometimes I add raisins or chocolate. Amazing way to get your protein in and satisfy sweet cravings without any of the guilt

5Best post gym on the go breakfast! Put a little carb fuelled chocolate bar or fibre one brownie into the mug and melt it in with the cake!

Soooo nice as an after dinner treat
5This is my absolute favourite treat to have after dinner!! Satisfies my cravings and it includes protein. You can’t go wrong with this one! Goes Well With:Whipped low cal cream and strawberries
